Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return or exchange.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, shoes must be in their original, unworn condition, free of any scuffs or sole markings, and packed in their original box with all satin ribbons and packaging intact.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take immense pride in our quality control. However, if your shoes arrive damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please notify us immediately at morticiapk@gmail.com with a photo of the issue.

We will fast-track a complimentary replacement or issue a full refund, covering all associated shipping costs.
3. Exchanges

Love the style but need a different size or color? We offer easy exchanges to ensure you find your perfect fit.

Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility criteria as standard returns and are subject to stock availability.
4. Refund Process & Timing

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction.
5. Non-Returnable Items
